When Randy Roffers joined Broncos 4 Ever, he asked me to look for a fellow Class of 1974 graduate, Darlene Ritcha.
It took over a year, but I did find her.
Sadly, I was browsing the obituary archives on the Press-Enterprise website when I found Darlene's name.
Darlene had leukemia when she was younger, but had successfully fought the disease into remission.
The disease would return with a vengeance, however, and would eventually end her quiet life in a Banning hospice on December 12, 2001 at the age of 44.
